The new moon is an ideal time to harness the natural universal energy and set new intentions. It’s the time of the moon phases where she begins to wax until full moon and then wanes again for the next cycle. I offer an hour session of either a mediation, visualization and/or tools for intention setting. You are welcome to make this a monthly self-care practice, leave your video off, light a candle, burn some sage and have a journal close at hand. Please join the zoom room by 19h55 and settle yourself in, take a few breaths, light your candle and bring yourself in the moment. Take time to check in with your body and heart and hear what is needed for you at this time. Sit, lie, eyes open or closed – entirely up to you. It is an hour committed to what your essence requires, listen and honour it.
